Do I need to install Hibernater? Hibernater is designed to run as a single EXE, that is to say you can bring the EXE file anywhere you go and still be able to login to Hibernater easily.
Do I need to download Hibernater on every computer? Yes, you need to download Hibernater on every computer you want to use Hibernater, but you do not need to install it, just Click and Run!

How much do I need to pay to use Hibernater? Currently, Hibernater is available free of charge with a limited capacity.
How long does Hibernater take to save a state? It depends on how many applications are currently opened, a rough estimate of 10 webpages + 5 documents should take less than 10 seconds to hibernate, of couse Internet connection plays a part.
Can I save a particular state permanently and access it anywhere and anytime? Yes, you can use any of the 3 the profile buttons available under the Advance Hibernate window.
How much space do I have per account, or how much states can I save? The trial account has 50MB each which expires after 15 days and you can save up to 3 temporary states and 3 frequently used states. It is enough for most people, do contact us if you need more storage. Do hold on while we expand to more storage!
I keep getting "Connecting..." You may need to open port 8010 and 8011. Hibernater uses these ports for connecting. Alternatively, with version 3.1, Hibernater supports proxy. Get your proxy settings from your System Administrator.
How safe is my data transmitting? Hibernater is using at least 256bits in encryption for the connection between your computer and our server to ensure the secure transmission of your data.
